Flour of the first grade is the most popular, it contains about 75% starch, more sugar and fat, in comparison with v/s. The color is white with a yellowish or grayish tinge. It is used for bakery products, baking pancakes, pancakes, pies,noodles, tortillas, baking shaped bread.
